I have an odd bug which, while by no means game breaking, is rather annoying.

The settler I have assigned to my weapons stand in Sanctuary will not man it. He still wanders around the town. However, if I go find him, I can buy weapons and ammo from him.

This has happened with three diffferent settlers I assigned to the weapon stand. I have a general store and a clinic which are manned and working fine.

This is an odd bug, to say the least, and it is a little upsetting that I have to go find the guy anytime I want to trade.

Yeah, same problem. You point at the stall and it says it is now manned, but the guy doesn't even make a move for it. I've never seen a settler at their stand, ever. I didn't realize I could talk to them and buy/sell wherever they have wandered off to. Would be great if they would hand out at the stand.

I have three stands and they do stay there but not all the time. They wander around time, then go back at some point .

The should stay there between like 8-6 then they can do other stuff the other times of the day

i had the same problem. i think its a bug with the lvl 1 weapon stand since my armor stand and my lvl 3 weapon stand work fine

It's not a 'sometimes' thing. He is never there. Ever. The other two stands will have people at them, and he is wandering the town, or, more often, standing in the middle of the mutfruit patch like a moron. But he will sell me things if I talk to him. He just won't stay at the stupid stand.

I'll try a lvl.2 or lvl.3 stand once I'm able, see if that works.
