The quest "Dangerous Minds" is glitched and I can't finish it because the location I have to go to is a door under a building. It's telling me to go to the bottom of Dr. Amari's office and that's not reachable. This probably happened because I left the power armor in a spot where she was supposed to stand after finishing the first half of the quest, right after I left the chamber I was in, which required me to take off my power armor before using it.

Then reload a previous save...and do it right this time.
