I can't find solutions to the following.

1. No enemies in HUD.

2. Too much gear in Sanctuary with no vendor. Was thinking about taking the perk to get extra stuff when destroying item. Does the crafted 'store' come with a vendor?

3. FOV ini changes don't work. Always have to use console to increase to 90.

4. Scoped shots are slow.
