I have a question about fallout 4 save feature. In fallout 3 the game remembered items stored in any location, allowing you to have your safe house anywhere in the wasteland. In skyrim the world reset, forcing you to use specific houses to save your loot.

My question: does fallout have a world reset?

Yes. I don't know the rate but areas do regen. I'm fairly certain that all the settlements are exempt from that though.
