Pre-order cancelled

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 2:27 am

A quick scan of their twitter seems to show that isn't there, so either they pulled it or it's fake. I'd guess it's fake. http://i.imgur.com/W0sO2Kl.png, found this on reddit.

Not that I'm against the idea of some kind of build-a-bandit multiplayer system where you can opt out/build your own companion that you can have the computer control, but that's for a different topic.

There is no reason to pre-order.

Never pre-order.

Or TotalBiscuit will hunt you down.

Eh, if it is I imagine they were just trolling. I suspect they are getting quite a bit of amusemant over the hysterics and wild speculation provoked by the trailer.

Shoehorned material, indicator that it will be like Skyrim, SEVERE streamlining on the level of Skyrim, voiced protagonist, no female option.. Those are deal-breakers.

The possibility of being an android or having a family? I might still buy it but I'd be on the fence.

Nothing. I will probably pre-order to get some FO swag, if it is worth it. But, whatever happens in the game, good or bad, I have to experience it for myself. I've been a fan of the franchise for too long to up and quit because of something I heard.

This, even if the trailer or news pre-release portends an awful game filled with what I'd never want to see, I'd still pre-order it so I can formulate my own opinion.

I've never played a bethesda softworks game that i didn't spend 100 hours on. I can't imagine this one will be any different. As long as its a fps open world i'll be happy.

Although why would you pre-order right now? they haven't even announced the collector's addition or anything

A fixed main character or just one with back story it ruins roleplaying(like the current FO4 rumors)

I've pre-ordered, coz video games.

I don't think they'd do anything that would make me not want to play it. Despite all the changes over the years the games have always been fun.

Plus modding is fun. It's just a fun stuff time.

Over the top DLC choices... For instance, I was gonna purchase Sims 4 and then saw the Katy Perry pack for it. I can't support a game like that.

You can look at it like that game is not designed just for you, but also 12 year old girls

@GStaff, thanks for setting that straight.

I haven't pre-ordered yet and likely will not do so until I see what the CE offers. I just restarted NV a few days ago and really liked having some extra loot to start the game with.

I don't pre-order, it's unnecessary, whether you buy it in a store or online. But I wouldn't get F4, if it was like F3. Basic moralistic views (this guy is good, this guy is bad), simplistic missions that are molded by the basic moralistic view (this guy killed this guy, so he's bad. But this guy killed this guy, so he's good.) And poorly thought out factions that hold no interest, or have reason to exist as they are, because they're so boring.

If the character is set in gender, sixual orientation or others. I do not want to have a back story that includes a wife or a kid.

Female Gaming "journalist" with her own toon in-game. That would do it.
