Installed fallout 4 fine last night, but a BSOD when attempting to upgrade my graphics drivers forced me to use a system restore.

Now even though all the game files are still in the fallout folde, steam wants to download the whole thing again. any way to get it to recognize those files? I dont have unlimited downloads, and am already over this month as it is.
