Video Problem (Black Bottom 12 Screen) : Fallout 4

I'm getting a black box around the bottom of my screen when I walk into the light it goes away then comes back. For some reason I can't take a screenshot to show you how it looks.

Please help!

yes i am getting thee same thing. Only happens in buildings tho. I hope this gets fixed.

I fixed this by hitting the optimize button on the NVIDA setting under Fallout 4!!
