This can take a while !!!
At least, if there are not game breaking bugs, you could just play and tell us your glitches, so we can help each other.
The framerate issues are very bad, I agree. But in it's current state the game is still playable and enjoyable I think. Bethesda is known for their bugs : )
I don't know why they lied about the game being a constant 30 fps. I was in the commonwealth the other day and I started a battle with some raiders while some super mutants came along and joined the fight. The huge battle wasn't epic like I expected it was going to be. It was some agonizing moments of choppy gameplay where I couldn't even aim right and my character seemed like he was teleporting in some instances. Ultimately, it didn't feel nice and I just ran away. Maybe I got used to the buttery smooth gameplay in MGSV or maybe I'm just too sensitive.
Based on what I've seen other people reporting, I thought this game was going to be a hot mess on PS4 in the same way that New Vegas and Skyrim were on PS3. But thus far, at around 26 hours in, it's running significantly better than either of those games did. I've had some slow down and the occasional stutter, but the game hasn't crashed my system yet (knock on wood) and that was really the number one problem when playing Bethesda games last gen.
Definitely needs some work, but at least it's not a hot mess this time.
