During the quest "Boston After Dark," my character is at the point where I need to clear out the raiders in the church, then wait until night time. Unfortunately, every way I try this, Old Man Stockton is marked as hostile to me when he arrives, and since he can neither die nor become friendly again to me, I'm a bit stuck.

If it matters, I'm playing on Xbox One, and my character actually didn't complete the dead drop portion of the quest -- I stumbled upon him and then figured I'd skip a portion of the quest.

Thanks for your help, would like to go further with the railroad...last save I have before this is about 6 hours prior, so that's not really much of an option.
