I have cleared the entire area of Vault 75 and cannot find the 2 key cards. My first attempt was last night, with Piper. All enemies cleared and quest shows I need the 2 cards. I am back down there this evening with Dogmeat and still cannot locate those 2 missing cards.

Help anyone?

The Keycards I believe are Looted from Opponents.

The opponents do not appear to have the cards unless a quest is triggered.

Rumour has it pick up the quest on a dead scavenger, but no idea where that scavenger may be, or they may be random?
