Hey guys,
I've been waiting for Fallout 4 since New Vegas. My laptop is quite old, so I'm curious if there is ANY chance (crapiest graphics will be accepted) that Fallout 4 runs on my device which is really not that good:
4GB ram
Intel core i3 2370M 2,4 GHz
Intel HD Graphics 3000

No, none of your components match the minimum requirements, and your GPU is far away from being able to run it.

It will run, but it won't be playable most likely. 15-20 fps? Intel HD is pretty garbage for anything. I think I even tried some games on Intel HD 4000 a while ago and well, it couldn't handle games even a few years old.

He wont be close to 20fps with an HD3000, maybe 5-10. In all likelyhood, it wont have the allocated VRAM to even load the game.
