Encountered an issue where the scene with the man pointing a gun at his brother accusing him of being a synth triggered nonstop aggression from one of the guards. The scene never ended, and the guard pumped lead into the man's torso (because limbs and head were long gone) any time I entered the market. Since the "scene" with the growd gathering around the man's death never ended, I can now no longer access any of the shops in the market (including the doctor). Reloading doesn't help, restarting the game from desktop doesn't help, and sleeping for two in game weeks didn't fix it.

Anyone else encountered this bug? I'm not sure if it's 100% game-breaking or not because I haven't progressed the main storyline after entering Diamond City (I've been doing a plethora of side questing and settlement building), but it definitely does render all shopkeepers and NPC's unspeakable, with only the default one-line no convo menu responses.
