I launch the game in steam, the Fallout 4 launcher pops up, i select lowest quality and press play.

Then the game just sits there down at the taskbar and when i click it trying to open it,

it pops up for 0.1 seconds and closes, and then windows says that "Fallout 4 has stopped working".

I have a MSI GP60 2PF Leopard Pro.

Windows 8.1
