I do not know what is happening but the achievements is locked and i have not even received "War never changes." i have played nearly 14 hours i did not even notice i'm not receiving achievements...
from the start i only used my controller, meaning i couldn't have used console commands. Help please? i don't want to progress without getting the achievements -__- only time i used my keyboard was at the name input and also the 8 hour mark when i was renaming my gun to "Josh's rifle." it did open a console when i pressed the " ' " button... i hope this didn't kill it because if that's the reason i'm not impressed...

The achievements didn't appear on Steam right away. This morning I opened the save from before exiting the vault (the game automatically makes one, so you should have it), and exited again, that triggered the "War Never Changes" achievement.

its not just that achievement, i restarted the game around the hour 5 mark due to a character animation glitch and redoing the s.p.e.c.i.a.l. as well just now but its still not letting me get the achievements .

(edit:I'll restart the campaign quickly again see if i get it.)

(Edit2: just did it and i got it, but sadly that long hours of gameplay just seriously was wasted ...)
