CE-34878-0 is an issue for me lately. Also, i fast traveled to red rocket gas station and the entire map not only bugged out, but corrupted 4 hours of save data. Anyone else experiencing issues like this?

Try the PS4 recovery console and do step 4 and 5

Also disable all autosaves and make manual saves or quiick saves. Do not override saves, and just make new save slots. The PS4 has not memory problems as the PS3 did.

I play that way. After 20 hours i didn't had a single save corruption so far. Also loading goes pretty fast actually for me.

It won't help. It's cross platform bug. Need to wait for patch.

That bug occure to me after almost 60 hours of gameplay

Well, i had that error two days ago, but now my PS4 is working fine.
