PS4. My bugs include.

Character having no head. If I go into third person he literally has no head.
Teleporting around on mutliple occasions.
Unable to turn in quests to Preston Garvey, I have four quests to turn into him, which all say talk to Preston Garvey, though when I talked to him, all it does is trigger a dialogue about me now being the general, giving me no other options to turn in my quests.
NO VOICE DIALOGUE. My character no longer talks, it skips past it and the npc begin talking as if I've said something which I haven',t making the next dialogue choices even harder.
Can't turn quests into Paladin Danse, I answer all the options and he responds "asking for more", to which If I say " nothing else", it freezes for a second and returns to the dialogue wheel, repeating in a circle not allowing me to move on.
Can't continue conversation with Nick Valentine about explaining everything with my story. It simply continues going on in a circle of the dialogue similar to what's happened with Paladin Danse. I literally can't continue the main quest now because of this. And I've tried reinstailling and I don't know what else I can do to fix it.

Unless I wait for a new patch, which I doubt it going to happen any time soon.
