In the quest Institutionalized, i have spoken to "father", who then directed me to talk to all the heads of the department. I then loaded the holotape also, yet when I talk to "father" the dialogue options are not appearing nor is my quest being updated it is stuck at meet heads of departments which is complete. And no, I do not have anything saved prior to this "bug" Please help i would rather not shoot the guy. Will later add screen shots
