HEART BREAKING GLITCHES

A mate, and myself, purchased Fallout 4 for Xbox One.
Approximately 20 hours into his gameplay we noticed many things.

We found our power armour in a wall, missing it's T51 Helmet.
In a steel bunker house 10 metres away.
The power armor station it was meant to be in, had a shotgun laying underneath it.
(Spawn collision?)

Another settler woman, full time trader, was in an armour frame, but it wasn't visible.
And she couldn't get out of it..(she had long arms though, scary)
Basically, my mate won't leave his power armor alone, and he's scared it's gunna happen again.

You find bottles and tin cans that have fallen through tables, desks, and various things that should retain solidity, but sadly your nicely decorated house is never safe.. Everything always moves or falls halfway through the object below it, and if you grab one thing, they all fall.

Shopkeepers can lock you inside a master locked house, forever.
We waited for days and no one opened the door.

Help.

Take the fusion core out of any power armor you're not using. Other-wise random people can get into it.

Nuka drinks and Gwinnett beers falling through tables and floors?

My mate lost a nuka-cola quantum in the floor of red rocket truck stop.

I'm just asking if Bethesda ever decorated their house by dropping and moving things, and didn't notice objects falling through the ground?
2 lunchboxes have fallen through the ground,
And my mate's nuka cola quantum is still stuck in the floor in front of the cash register at red rocket truck stop, just visible, and no ability to pick it up.

I'm stuck in my power armor completely, and cannot see my pip boy or equip a gun most of the time... So I can't quite explore the wasteland and it's killing me... on the bright side I guess Sanctuary has a pretty nice apartment building now...

He just got this. Commanded Preston to get in armor, then suddenly noticed he couldn't use his pip-boy, or save or quicksave.
