The random notifications that normally pop up on the top left of the screen such as : "your companion can't carry anymore" or "Sanctuary under attack" are not showing anymore on my PS4.

I have tried to reset the original ui and fiddle around in the settings but nothing will get it back.

Is this happening to anyone else?
