yeah they say because its a season pass code which is a bethesda product the only thing i can do is hope bethesda can assist me but the support email just sends me the same automated response and closes the ticket this is my last resort
if this is your last resort you are screwed. Normally i would say what u did first go to microsoft. something has to be done on both sides and seeing microsft just pushes it off id say your SoL. your best bet is to try and find an email or posting a ticket under a different subject.
What is Bethesda saying to you? since it shouldn't close your ticket.
