Upon doing the quest dependency I came across a scripting glitch, after talking to Bobby and getting him off jet using the dialogue option I returned to Tina, I told her Bobby was off jet and going clean. I then asked if she wanted to join my settlement, she agreed and the dialogue ended but the game still thought I had to tell Tina that Bobby was off jet even though I already did this. This renders the quest unable to complete.

Bethesda please fix this.
