when doing hunter/hunted Mission trying to get to the mark on the map game crashes and restarts (travel to C.I.T)

if you walk either side of the main CIT building the game crashes as soon as you pass the edge. you are able to go into the building but if you attempt to come out of any door game crashes.have attempted to go the long way around same issue but not close to the building.

tested dropped all inventory and attempted to walk past same issue nothing else is an issue i am attempting to do another mission and come back to this one see if the bug disappears keep it updated

any assistance would be great as it is a campaign mission

update complete another quest and still same issue can walk to the map marker
