Has anyone found Shaun the kid after siding with the institute? He's supposed to give me the water wifle.

I think he showes up with thoes quests after a speific point in the game, I havent dont a pro Institute side run yet. But depening on how you play its a case of you just seeing him, and then later he gives you those quests
