I'm sure plenty of us were watching Bethesda's E3 showcase and realized that it was truly epic. I am of course specifically referring to the part about Fallout 4. This game looks cooler than just about any other before it. And in the wake of such such an awesome showcase, I figured I'd try to contact Todd himself and give my two bits. Now this seems like a total long-shot but I've looked into it and I can't figure out any real way to deliver this message to the man. So I'm just gonna put it here.
On the tiny, and frankly hopeless, chance that Todd were to stumble across this post, I have the following to say:
To Todd Howard,
Thank you so much for that amazing E3 showcase. You really know how to build some hype. You and your team have made one heck of a game by the looks of it and I haven't the words to describe how excited I am to play that masterpiece. I can't imagine the amount of time and resources that went into Fallout 4 but I can imagine that the last few years have been really busy due to the Fallout project. I wish to extend my thanks for spending such huge efforts in building this game for our entertainment. We've been waiting a long time but it is well worth it. I'd say to take a break, as everyone on the project has earned, it but I know better than to expect you to stop being epic for even a second. To make a long story short, thank you so much for choosing to make Fallout 4, and props to the team for doing such a great job.
You may have heard about the displeasure of fans over the topic of exclusive figurines for those attending the E3 showcase. It's just that a lot of us from different countries would never have been able to make it to the showcase because of it having taken place so far away or even just because of responsibilities getting in the way. On that topic, I though it might be cool if there was an additional giveaway where a larger audience had a change to win some of the exclusive figures. I know I'd like a set. I don't wish to be a bother. Thank you for your time if you have indeed read this.
Regards,
