There were aliens before so maybe you get impregnated?

This would make sense.

Maybe you get little alien spawn inside your belly and then you can decide to either kill it or play the game as the rapidly advlthood-reaching spawn!

You can design it's appearance yourself and it scientifically generates a deception field to look like a human and decieve everyone. You can toggle alien or human appearance, but NPCs will react to you the same. Even other aliens (plenty) will want to kill you.
