Whenever my PC levels up from level one to level two, she dies instantly. It does not matter what the PC is doing. Thus far I have encountered this problem after picking a lock, modifying a weapon, and killing a radroach. Exiting to my desktop and restarting the game did not help. Nor did loading an earlier save. And the console command TGM was likewise ineffective. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, is there a solution that I have overlooked? Thanks.
