Hello,

during exploration of the Gwinnett brewery and restuarant I experienced severe and less severe framerate per second drops.

At:

1. The sewer part where the Mirelurks come up.

2. At the stairs in the first room when entering the brewery and encountering the Super Mutants.

3. In the bottling room of the brewery after going through the sewers from the restaurant to the brewery.
