I'd hate to put in for vacation and have the launch moved back even a short time.

Wait until it's closer to release, never know if it gets pushed back.

A week might be a little short though.

I have to say this bethesda really good with their release date todd howard stated it would come out November 15th 2015, they been working on this game since the day fallout 3 launched.

I just need to give 2 weeks notice, so I'll hold off.

Don't be a sheep and wait for when it's released.

I'll wait a few weeks until after launch for (hopefully) the nastier bugs to be ironed out.

If you only need to give 2 weeks, I'd wait until October sometime to give notice. That way, you will be fairly sure of any release-date hiccups.
