So My Question Is About Spiders?

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 9:19 am

In fallout 3 there was no spiders, which was weird because they would of became giant spiders, so i am wondering if now they bring spiders to Fallout 4, not sure didn't see any in E3 showcasing, i did notice to see all the same enemies before, i know there's new enemies as well. So i am wondering if Fallout 4 will have spiders, little spiders, giant spiders or a behemoth spider. What do you think of spiders being in fallout 4? They have not been confirmed, but if the place blew up they would of survived because they could of went under holes and got radiation posion and became a bigger spiders. I hope they are in this game for sure. :fallout:

I hope it has tiny spiders that we can't see. There are enough giant versions of creatures as it is.

Would like to see some giant spiders, real sinister looking ones, skyrim was a bit of a let down in that department

We do appear to be getting giant mosquitoes, so more value for your Entomologist perk.

Every fantasy RPG has giant spiders, do we really need to put them in post-apo too?

I think they fit and spiders deserve to be in fallout, i think going to fight the king spider would be amazing imagine walking a lair of spiders just crawling around and unique stuff is guarded by its very own king spider.

They wouldn't necessarily become giant. Radscorpions have evolved bigger and so have bloatflies - but not every species has become this giant creepy things.

Agree with above comment that giant spiders are done in a lot of RPGs, I think Radscorpions are more Fallout's take on that creature.

I think radscorpions and giant ants work for this game mode then giant spiders. Spiders are over done atm and tend to be a fantasy enemy rather then post apoc.

There's also the issue of people with arachnophobia might skip the game cuz of it.

Wasn't that an issue with Skyrim, were you are forced to face a spider very early? Or another game... i'm not sure at the moment.

A couple of years ago someone brought up spiders in regards to FNV and it seems that people were all for it.....like a trap door spider who can jump out when you least expect it, sinks it's fangs into you and draining you until you are a dried up husk!! That same thread talked about rattlesnakes....I mean it IS the mojave wasteland afterall. Boston?...aren't there black widows or brown recluse spiders?
