Yay, another person with the exact same problem as me! It has been driving me nuts, I am glad that I am not the only one now though.

I wish I had a fix but I don't. I have tried a bunch of different graphic settings but it still occurs within minutes no matter what I do.

I have the same problem. Happens after few minutes when i load a game. Sometimes it goes away after a while, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all. Where you guys wearing any headgear when it happens?

I have the issue. It started during character customization. After I had finished customizing the Male character, I switched to the Female character. After that the Male and the Female characters face's went black, and it has persisted. You don't think about during gameplay until you get into a dialogue that shows your character and then its almost flinchingly unnerving, and totally distracting from the dialogue. You just want to the conversation to end so you don't have to see it.

Common bug. Or at least one thats reproduceable. Ive seen it described several times on the board. No solution for it however, as I recall. Sorry.

I've never had it happen to my character, but I've seen it happen to an NPC. As soon as I approached them and entered dialogue it disappeared, and I haven't seen it since. I think it must have something to do with the subsurface scattering effect on skin.
