love fallout but cannot stand the glitches im at level 15 but i cannot heal my crippled right arm and i cant control my third person viewing. every time i want to click third person view, the screen zooms in on my character by itself and sometimes i cant even see my character.. please tell me theres a way to fix these glitches i really do NOT want to start all over anybody else having this problem?
