On my second play through, and I'm up to the Shadow of Steel Mission,

Upon riding in the vertibird once you reach a certain section in the river, the game will freeze.

However, this is not the only issue, entering the effected area at all on foot will also freeze me, nearing the effected area, should I approach it slowly will bog me down with other bugs, such as missing a weapon, being unable to fast travel or save without freezing.

The effected area for me is the river, the theater, and all bridges close to that section of the river, and the buildings adjacent to the river.

I've gone back in my save to redo the previous mission, but the bug still occurs. This did not happen to me in my first Play through.

I have the same issue!
