I will try to condense this as to not ramble on to much.

-Completed the mission at Museum of Freedom and escorted everyone to Sanctuary.

-Completed the mission helping to get Sanctuary set up with food etc

-Joined B.O.S

-Completed Semper Invicta and a few B.O.S recurring missions with the helpers.

-Started Taking Indepence

I undertook the above in that order. Now before I have finished Taking Independence all the minutemen characters have gone back to Museum of Freedom. They act and talk like they are in Sanctuary but they are not. Anyone know if this resolves on its own or if I have a big problem here.
