I preordered the Fallout 4 on the Xbox store on November 9th. I still haven't received my Fallout 3 code. I submitted a support ticket and they told me to post here.

I doubt anyone here can do anything for you since this seems to be something that Microsoft Store should handle if the preorder was made there.

I got mine but I do not need it since I have the disk version and still have my 360 and likely the game performs better on that since on the X1 it just emulates that system.

I do hope you do get the code. You should have got a notification on the Console when you sign on that you have the code.
