I have 2 Xbox ones and I transfer my data between both and it says syncing data on one console and it doesn't sync please help anyone. Have great day

Just tweeted xbox support. It happened again when accessing my mtv app, it did the same thing. But in this case with Fallout 4 it wont sync and i have to it offline to get it to load and then after awhile the menu screen comes up. After reading some reports and comments Im afraid I'll lose my save files, as reported by another xb1 member. That when he hit offline the load oprion was greyed out and he couldn't access his saves.
