During the quest "Boston After Dark", where I am required to secure the rendezvous point and wait until 11pm for Old Man Stockton, the quest never updates to saying "area secured" even though I have eliminated all enemies. So Old Man Stockton never shows up leaving me unable to further the Railroad storyline. Is there a patch coming out or has anyone found a work-around? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I am having this issue also. Hard reset and loading old save doesn't fix it.

I could forgive bugs in minor side quests but when it's part of the main story line it should have been rigorously tested

super annoying no official statement from bethesda, are they going to give patch which fixes this for players where it's already broken or not. I'll be frustrated if not, but at least then I can continue the game playing it another away than I originally wanted. Now I'm in a decision fork where continuing will mean closing this mission and I don't want to decide until I know if the issue will be addressed or not.
