...for the companion app (by that I mean the "second screen experience" thing) to also be available on Windows Phone?

I understand the market is small and this is a free thing but nevertheless it would be nice for us WP to be included for once.

And it seems like something really simple so porting it shouldn't take much time/effort.

Yeah, I could be wrong but it looks like a flash application talking with the game over the network.

If that is true then all they have to do is to make a flash wrapper, which can't possibly be difficult for anyone that knows what they're doing.

But, of course, I don't know. I'm just hoping they will recognize us Windows Phone users.
