Can you build your own house/mansion virtually anywhere on the map? Or is it restricted to certain areas where you can only build stuff on?
They may have already said about it in E3 Conference but because I'm deaf (I can't hear anything) I haven't really understood most of the speech in the conference. That why I'm asking this question.
Anyway I am impressed by the Fallout 4 E3 Conference, I will put Fallout 4 on my shopping list for my PS4

How high will we be able to build?
It would be cool to build a huge-ass skyscraqer/tower like the Tenpenny Tower in FO3.
