I had preordered, Fallout 4 for PC and I tried using the activation code for Steam and it keeps saying Purchase Error over and over, I tried calling technical support but it says its a failed number or something stupid like that. And I searched all over the internet and at this point. I am starting to think I wasted months one ending waiting for this game only for Steam to screw me over, and for Bethesda not wanting to help me when I have been trying to get this fixed so I can finally play Fallout 4.

if you have a disk based activation code but do not have the disk well there is your error

I got the disk and put it in and I press install and one second, steam tells me it is a purchase error what else could be a error?
