So I wanted to get a Synth Uniform as soon as I saw one and I killed the Synth Merchant at the institute and I assumed he would be replaced or respawned eventually since he was just a random Gen 2 Synth.

He has not respawned, nor has he been replaced, his body is always there after about 10 hours of play later and there is no way to get to his wares anymore. I don't know if this is really a glitch or simply just an irreversable outcome to killing the synth.

Is there anyway this can be fixed?
