hey guys So i have fallout 4 and its on xbox one and was wondering what settings to change for the best quality possible and please specify include settings from xbox and game settings i want best textures and etc

There arent any settings to change for better quality. The best thing you can do is install the game on a seperate HDD and that should load up the game faster and vastly reduce choppiness and stuttery framerates. Mine is installed on my external HDD and it plays beautifully. No issues at all.
