Hey guys,

The issue started when I was adjusting my power armour in sanctuary. Somehow I'm half stuck in my armour, if I go 3rd person I can see my shoulder pads sticking way in the air and my fusion core exposed. I can't eject from the armour and I have no pip boy. Basically it's screwed.

Can anyone suggest a fix? I can't go back as far as it'd take to do fix it, it's such a long way back and before a major quest. I'd rather quit
