I downloaded the App and tried to connect. obviously it failed. After messing with the firewall stuff I was able to finally get the app to at least SEE my ip address.

Upon selecting it, it simply told me "Connection Error"

How do i fix

Does ANYONE know anything that could help me fix this? i have tried contacting support already. they are simply sending me auto replies.
