So I got the game today, and it runs at solid 60 fps. But sometimes I'll be walking around and suddenly my fps will drop. I keep walking forward and it comes back, and i turn around to look at the spot I was at and my fps drops again. So it seems like the fps drops randomly in some places, which I dont understand.

My specs are as follows:

i7-4790 3.6- GHz

Geforce GTX 960 4gb VRAM

8 gigs of ram

Windows 8.1 Proffesional

EDIT: Seems to be happening when I look into fog or shadows. I can look into a dark corner and the FPS drops.

I have similar issues when in Diamond City or Downtown.

My Specs:

Titan X

i7 2700k @ 3.5 Ghz normal, 4.1 Turbo

16 gigs of RAM

Windows 10

Just went to Diamond City and tried it. Same issue happens, 60 fps most of the time but if I look in certain spots of the sky or at one spot near the entrance my game dips to 45 fps.
