So I was playing the game. While playing the game my brother reset our router. Everything was working fine, I was still online and played for an hour. I go back on and for some reason the game was syncing. I have probably tried syncing 10 times now (over the past 3 hours). It would get to 99% then it would freeze or get to 100% and be stuck loading at the intro sequence at the red rocket gas station. I decided to try playing offline and the game gave me an error message saying "Please fix saved games," telling me to clear all my local saves and upload them from the cloud. I am a save crazy person, having saved a lot from playing Fallout 3, New Vegas, Oblivion, and Skyrim all on the 360 and never having problems. While I'm trying to sync my Fallout 4 on the Xbox One, it gets to 30% and then the sync bar goes away completely and it gets stuck loading at the red rocket sequence. I was a level 41 and really put a lot of myself into this game and really don't know what to do and am freaking out. I don't want to lose my data. Help me Bethesda, you're my only hope.

Update: Also whole in the red rocket loading sequence, I wouldn't be able to do anything in coordination to my controller. Like the menu button and home buttons wouldn't work. While holding down the home button, it wouldn't even give me the option to turn of the Xbox or controller.

Good News: After turning off the xbox, quitting the game, and unplugging it, I am now syncing at 33%鈥攑rogress.

Update 2: the sync screen disappeared again and it's stuck loading at the red rocket sequence again...

Update 3: I realized the controller functions do work, it's just that so much data is going through the Xbox that it will literally take 30 seconds for the Xbox to respond to the home button and it starts to lag. When doing so and re-entering the game screen, the game sequence shows again. I am currently at 99% and am waiting for it to finalize. Does anyone know how long it should reasonably take some here? For example do the cloud saves first download then upload, and would the upload take longer than the download? Because downloading and syncing my saved files took about an hour and 15 minutes. Should I expect the upload process (what seems to be the last percent) to take another hours or less?

You'll likely have to hard reset your Xbox One after rebooting your internet gateway. It'll resolve the synching issue.
