I stumbled across a guy named Duke wearing a full set of flamed T-60 armor. I talked to him and he updated my map with something (Atom Cat garage I believe) but no quest triggered so I figured it would be fair game to kill him for his armor...times are hard and my guy needs it more.

My question is does anyone know if he's involved with a quest or something that I will regret killing him for?
