Missing Registration Code

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 12:56 pm

Earlier today, I tried contacting Bethedsa Customer support regarding the lack of a product key in my Pip-Boy edition of Fallout 4. An automated e-mail response told me to consult these forums for answers. The issue is that my Pip-Boy Edition of Fallout for for PC was shipped without an activation key. On the bacl the the "Vault Dweller Survival Guide" There is a space marked "Game Registration Code". However, this space is completely blank. Any help would be appreciated.

The same thing happened to us as well. There was no paperwork anywhere within the packaging of my pip boy edition for PC. I bought through amazon and they are worthless as all they can do is give me a refund and I have to send it back. Waited 5 months for the edition, don't wan to send it back. They gave me a customer service number for the company that doesn't work, all I got was the generic automated response to attempted e-mail as well. I even called their info phone number but only got a message that the operator was unavailable then I tried e-mailing their info e-mail address asking for a way to get in touch with customer service and was ignored. This is getting ridiculous. I am stuck with a game I can't play because the company screwed up and didn't insert the product code and didn't quality check to make sure things were right and now they provide no way to get in touch with them to rectify the situation. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. Has anyone had any luck finding a way to get in touch with them?
