When I sneak near ghouls I hear the dialogues that play for raiders. I climbed stairs where I thought I was about to ambush some raiders but instead it was 3 ghouls. I got hidden again and sure enough the ghouls were right ther and I was hearing the raiders saying what is that, oh nevermind it went away etc etc
