When I attempt to lockpick a lock the sub game pops up to pick the lock. I can freely move the bobby pin, but I am unable to rotate the lock at all. Only has become an issue after I updated my perk for master lock picking. Has anyone else ran into this issue and what was your fix. I wish i bought this fro PC, at least there is the command prompt. So I am stuck where I am at because I can no longer pick the locks.

If you quit out of the game and start again, does that resolve the issue?

I tried that and no luck. I have even shut the system down for 30 mins and tried it and it still doesn't work
