Hopefully i can make this question make sense. Basically, what i want to know is: Do loot and enemies regenerate after you've found it? For example, if i go to a place, loot everything good, and kill all the enemies, the come back in the future, will there be more loot and enemies everytime i come back? I've gotten some varied answers about this, one guy said that loot does regenerate but in over half the locations it doesn't, and he said that's a bug because people aren't able to keep working on settlements due to running out of supplies. Is it a bug? Any help would be appreciated.
